I can highly recommend Atlantis. Ann & Robyn were both so lovely and you can see how passionate they are about hair. I went in with dry, damaged and unruly hair, and after a cut, colour and treatment it looks and feels beautiful. This was my first visit to the salon, and I look forward to returning. I had the worst experience. I had a Groupon voucher, made several calls and sent text messages to make an appointment, no one called me back. In the end I went into the salon to make an appointment. On the day the owner of the salon was late (supposed to open 9.30, my appointment was at 10 and she rocked up just before 10.30). There was a double booking and she was rude to the other person as well as another lady walking in off the street trying to make an appointment. She coloured my hair and put in a toner. I wasnt aware that the toner was an extra $40 and didnt know until I left.I am not sure how someone can run a business in that way and expect clients to come back?
not sure about anyone else who have come here but recently a very good friend of mine came to have her trimmed a few weeks ago. I had seen my friend the day after and the cut was so out of shape you could see chunks missing from the front and some in the back, it was very uneven. I wish I had taken a photo to post up but we dint think at the time. Apparently the salon has now turned around after my friend complaining about the miscare taken to her hair, and have said it wasn't their fault but my friends because she went to get it fixed which now her hair looks great but a heck of a lot shorter because of the chunks taken out. I personally wouldn't go back to a place to get my hair fixed after it being chopped the hell out of in fear it wouldn't actually fix the problem because it was the hairdressers fault in the first place not the clients. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Primary school students could do a better job! I now have chunks missing from my hair which will take years to grow out. No help from the customer service because I went and had it fixed elsewhere the following day... surely I'd not have needed to do that if my hair was done properly. Regardless I'm left with a terrible chunky hair cut that cant be fixed and I got to pay for the pleasure.
Highly professional service from Ann. Bought a Scoopon voucher- great deal. Style cut, half head of foils and blowdry. I was offered refreshments, easy going and friendly service. Left extremely satisfied, highly recommended.
