The staff are very helpful. Benny was very polite and considerate. The other staff assistant with the trimmed beard is also polite. . They are very transparent reliable efficient and do not overcharge you for the service. Sometimes small repairs are not even charged. They do not look to make a profit on every transaction and thus are the preferred bike store despite the competitors
