Tried to get an indicative price range for repair by emailing a picture but they refused and said bring the car in. The oldest psychological trick in the world to then charge what they like and to make it harder to get fair comparative quotes.Response to response:-------------------------------------I am reasonable and do not waste my time reviewing without sufficient reason.I would love to remove the review, but that was my experience. As for 'misunderstanding,' I also asked for prices on your detailing services (which you do) and received a dismissive, vague, and unhelpful reply tantamount to the old 'bring it in, we'll do whatever, and charge you whatever.'All the best.
These guys are the best! I have taken all my BMW's to these guys. They are very friendly and have on two occasions done quick jobs for me just by dropping in even when they are busy. They know their stuff and they even show you the parts replaced and explain why they replaced it if you have any queries. They are a bit expensive, but so are BMW's, let's face it. If you love your BMW, these are the guys to take it too. Could not recommend anyone better to look after your ultimate driving machine!
