Heidi is the best! She took me from looking like a waddling duck to a beautiful swan with my new orthodicts. My back problems have disappeared and my ankles no longer have stress pains. I've been weight training for several years. My knees and hips had started to regularly ache during and after heavy squat and deadlift sessions. They also dry needled my quads and IT band to release muscle tightness. Now my lifting is pain-free!
