Just called to see if they fixed All-In-Ones. Spoke to the chap on the phone for a fair amount of time, for him to tell me that the issue is possibly Windows 10 1809 and NOT the All-In-One. He has given me several options to try.Fantastic service. I used to deal with Portacom 20+ years ago when I was working for Accounting Practises in West Perth, they were brilliant then. Nice to see nothing has changed. Unfortunately I'm too far from them to deal with them on an ongoing basis now.. But.... Great service today.Thankyou

Honestly I sent my laptop in for repair due to water damage. They never called me with a quote to let me know how much and nor did they actually call me to tell me when it would be fixed approximately. I had to chase them up twice about it. I am okay with them just going ahead with the repairs as I did need my laptop fixed but more communication would of been really more helpful rather than me waiting around wondering what was happening.
