Experienced lawyer, well spoken and describes everything in detail.Unfortunately that is where it ends. He advised the prosecutor of a guilty plea without first asking permission from myself the client, which any legal practitioner has an obligation to do. What is worst is he was disingenuously evasive to his mistake.

Max is a highly experienced and intelligent solicitor. This was clearly evident when he helped me through a difficult time. Max did not spare any details during my trial and was able to provide a defense like only a seasoned lawyer can, which resulted in the best possible outcome. Max is very professional but is easy to get along with and has a good sense of humour, which often helps during stressful situations.

A bit disappointed that I walked into court with a different charge than I was notified of. The charging officer was sneeky to change it, but a good lawyer should be aware of these type of situations. I am now stuck with a Hoon offence and unable obtain vehicle insurance now. I did not have Mr Crispe as my representative but his attorney at the time.
