I only eat McDonalds very infrequently but there is one thing that always remains consistent with this venue and that is my disappointment with the service. They make a point of asking if you are dining in or takeaway but irrespective of your answer you get it dished up in a paper bag. No doubt trying to save on clearing tables.Many McDonalds provide papers to read. No such problem deciding what to read at this venue...there are none. No doubt another cost saving measure. Why bother giving the plebs something to read when they come in anyway.I think they have finally convinced me I'm not welcome and will take my fast food cravings elsewhere.
Waited way too long for my iced latte, when I went to enquire, it was insinuated that i had not even ordered it but was trying to use my friends' reciept to try to decieve them!! No sorry... just whispering behind my back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ENTER THIS STORE!
It's a 24-hour McDonald's. One of the few eateries still open after 9. I wouldn't go so late though - a bunch of crazies started screaming at the staff because they locked the rest rooms.
Worst service ever!!!Takes forever for food and they dont serve in number order!Walk to the other maccas on William st you'll get you food faster and service is spot on there!
I ordered a hamburger, grilled snack wrap, and crip snack wrap. and it came up 18:33. ten people have been called. and my number hasn't been summoned for up to 15 minutes! which is 18:48. and the staff didn't tell why. I think fast food will be fast at a very urgent time. the position I only had 30 minutes break
