Normally lovely staff, but very rude today. At least thanks to them, I ended up finding a better deal on the products I wanted elsewhere.
Pharmacist on duty today (Daniel Ng) was rude and unhelpful. He didn't listen or attempt to communicate with us to see what we were after and went ahead to process the script without confirming. Then he didn't give us any instruction on how to use the products. Additionally, we found out that we have paid double the amount compared to other chemists. Definitely would not go back.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Always a smile and know their regulars by name.
Attentive staff, open plan encourages people to wander the aisles and view their products. Good set up.
