This review is for the parcel contractors - not the Hay LPO. I paid an extra $2.95 for a parcel to be signed for upon delivery, as I knew the receiver was away for a few days. They found the parcel lying on their front verandah. There would be a huge complaint if the parcel was stolen. What's the point of paying extra when the parcel contractor won't follow instructions?
