I found them always patient and cheerful. They were clear and articulate in their communications.I was impressed with Simon's knowledge of building practices and eye for meticulous property maintenance. This was valuable in identifying and improving areas of the property which clearly needed attention before going to market.However I was most impressed with their negotiation skills when it came to dealing with an offer and their single-minded determination to achieve a price within the range appraised... and they certainly did that.
