Good shop nice and cool
Went here as better than the Foodworks but very expensive compared to other towns and some (not all) of the staff are very rude. Some of the staff are lovely and friendly though. Was really a hit and miss if you'd have a good or bad experience whenever you went.
Service is great. The only thing wrong about IGA Hay is it's too cold! Even in summer you need a cardigan ... And Hay has 40+ temperatures!

Outrageous pricing on some items...Soft drink is twice the price of all other supermarkets.The staff however were excellent.
