Am a VIP Boss Member where else would I shop?
DFO store Perth - Disgusted! Advertised 50% off all marked prices store wide at DFO store Perth two out of three items were reduced, third item was not! Apparently not all items in store were on sale despite prominent advertising. Staff not interested, adamant that 50% off did not apply to all items. Man prior to me was also caught in same way. Hugo Boss, big on name, poor on service.
Stock variety is minimal. A big store like this one should carry the FULL range of Boss/ Hugo clothing.
Amazing store. Clean and very organised
Received a wonderful Hugo Boss lap top bag only to find out the bag was too small. We tried to exchange the bag for another but none of the bags available would fit either. Surprisingly Hugo Boss refused to provide a refund...very disappointing...won't be back!
