Awful experience at this shop, received very bad customer service and would not recommend Politik to anyone. We were literally deceived into buying something under false pretences and informed we could not have a refund literally 30 mins later. Worst retail company I have experienced. Please go elsewhere or buy from within Myer where you can trust the organisation you are purchasing from.
If it wasn't for Sarah Jane, this store would be rated 1 star. Great store, great clothes, poor service. Staff need more training. Have waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and when I finally asked for help, the lady (not Sarah Jane) seemed quite uninterested and bothered by me. Similarly, when my best man went to collect his jacket, he called straight away to tell me how poor the service was. Shame that.
Excellent service and the suits felt and looked very nice, I needed a suit for a black tie event which I left to the last moment and entered the store on the Saturday and was immediately greeted and helped by a lovely lady (sorry I can't remember your name) whom was very helpful, without pushing the sale and outfitted me with this soft Velvet tuxedo (picture attached) and went above and beyond with organising last minute alterations to the suit. Thank you for your great service.
Amazing amazing amazing customer service from Sarah Jane and Quinn (sorry guys if I spelt your names wrong). I came in needing two new suits for work and from start to finish these two went above and beyond to make sure I looked professional and sharp. Would seriously recommend 10 times out of 10 for anyone to go and see these two. I was seriously blown away by their attention to detail and the effort they put in. You guys did an excellent job! Thank you!!
I came with a friend not long ago and Ive been impressed by the excellent customer service of a very knowledgeable and friendly staff(I dont remember his name).I was hoping to find him today to look after me as he did with my friend, but instead there was this lady that enganged me like she didnt really want to be there. She asked me my sizes but when I said that I didnt know, she answered at a phone call and when another couple came in, she totally ignored me. I left very frustrated.I was looking forward to buy 2 suits at this shop for long, but for a lack of time I never could. I was very excited for today as I took some time off specificly for that, but now I know that I have to take my money somewhere else.
