Love my ring! Ive had my ring now for 6 years! I still love it, as much as I did when I first bought it. I just recently went in to get my ring cleaned the beautiful staff are always happy to see me, and when I got my ring back, it sparkles like the day I bought it. The quality of the workmanship is incredible - HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEFAN to anyone. Thank you Fiona and Staff for being so wonderful

Bad experience here. Spent well over an hour at this place examining rings only to discover that the $10,000 ring I liked had a picture of a completely different diamond to what the description was, and would actually cost me $45,000. What a joke. False advertising.
I had the worst experience with this company and from that experience I would strongly not reccommend stefan. This was my experience at Stefan - My now fianc and I went in really excited to purchase our diamond and custom engagement ring when things went horribly wrong. We put a deposit down on a diamond which we had been led to believe by the assistant was a GIA certified diamond. Only to find out later upon requesting the certificate that it wasnt GIA certified. When asking to speak to the assistant we were told she no longer work for the company which was a massive red flag. We then delt with the owner from here on where he attempted to find a diamond which suited our requests. Unfortunately I didnt feel our original requests were met when signing the invoice with the assistant where we thought we were getting a good deal for what we had asked for originally. Our last option we felt was to ask for a refund as we didnt trust the company after the couple of months hassle back and forth via email and going into the store. We were then hit with a $1500 cancellation fee for the apparent costs involved. Basically, the process was very stressful and I walked away feeling cheated. I had an amazing experience somewhere else where I felt the company was genuine, professional and the girls were very well trained.
