Customer service was really bad, the young female staff attitude was terrible. She looked very annoyed answering my questions and very rude. Really need to improve the way they treat customers. That made me dont wanna bring my relatives and friends there to buy stuffs they want.

Cina was a fantastic help. He didn't have the boots I wanted in stock but true to his word a week later he messaged me to let me know they were in. As I live out of town he organised free postage and sent the boots straight away.I really like that he did what he said he would do and kept me up to date on my order.The boots arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful.
