Love this store good service and nice shoes I had a problem with one pair of shoes and they swapped them over no questions asked so thanks guys will be back for more shoes.from Glen

Advertise them self as a premium brand yet shoes don't last. Have had 2 pairs that have lasted less than a year and refused to cover it. Not worth the money.

Windsor Smith refused to exchange boots after 1 wear. I have been told shoes should be in original condition which was not written on the receipt as a condition of exchange. Boots were uncomfortable and they just suggested me to get a cobbler to stretch them. Not recommend Windsor Smith.
