I highly recommend the Cushion Factory. I had a custom cushion order which wasnt standard to the website order form but the Cushion Factory was very easy to deal with regardless. Communication was.great and when the cushions arrived I was extremely impressed by the quality of the fabric and stitching. Given the quality of their product (and the choices available) and the price for equivalent cushions online, I would suggest giving the cushion factory a try - you won't be disappointed.
I highly recommend the Cushion Factory. I was not sure of what I wanted but I knew it needed to look good. They helped me choose the colours and design. Ordering was easy, I sent them templates and the cushions were delivered ahead of time. The result is fantastic. I couldnt be happier.
Cushion factory exceeded all my expectations. Amazing and quick service, super friendly staff and helped me design what i needed. They managed to get my cushions done beautifully, well before Christmas, which i know is a push for last minute orders. I will definitely be using them again in the new year for our outside cushions. The cushion factory could not have been more helpful or patient with me as I navigated the measurement and fabric choices for my new cushions. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They were also noticeable less expensive than anyone else I asked to quote.
