I ordered a wall paper from Heather Levi Interiors with Cecil. I was informed via text as well as phone call when the product arrived. I didn't pick up the item but when I finally saw it after I came home from work I realized that it looked darker than the one I wanted. I immediately sent a message informing him about it including the photo of the item and the photo of the one I wanted (sample from his shop). It was almost 9 pm so I wasn't expecting him to reply BUT he did! He was happy to look into it asking me to drop by the next day in his store. Luckily, it turned out that it was a lighting issue (the flash on my phone camera had made the sample look brighter!) and there was nothing wrong in the order at all!
