Agree with TIm Copper. They want their money up front so you have no leverage if things go wrong. However once money is paid the repair work and delay in getting replacement parts is a long drawn out affair. If things get too difficult to resolve they become impossible to deal with and their ability to deal with my builder was very poor. I have had to have outstanding work completed by other trades.This was my eighth build and this was the worst experience I have ever had...

The design, planning and execution of the work went flawlessly - on time to budget and off the scale in terms of quality. I couldn't be happier.
